Cancellation Policy:
• Peak Season: Cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee
• High Season: Cancellations made within 20 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night cancellation fee.
• Low Season: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night cancellation fee.
“No Show and early departures will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full stay”
Compulsory Gala Dinner:
• Christmas’s Eve (24 Dec 08): Adult 2,000 Baht/person, Child 1,000 Baht/person
• New Year’s Eve (31 Dec 08): Adult 3,500 Baht/person, Child 1,750 Baht/person
Airport Transfer:
- Krabi Airport to Sunrise Tropical = 1,200 Baht/one way/trip(nett) [ coach & boat ]
- Phuket Airport to Sunrise Tropical = 3,200 Baht/one way/trip(nett) [ coach & boat ]
