I brought my 80 year old Mother here to Sunrise Tropical Resort as a special birthday present to her, for 10 days. We have had a truly wonderful holiday. All the staff is kind, courteous and friendly. Always willing to help and always have a smile for us no matter how hard they are working. It is a lovely place to stay very relaxing and we have beer very well looked after by all the staff from the pool guys to the cleaners who clear our rooms beautifully everyday where we go to breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Dean is especially helped and attentive and his English very good. We do think the hotel need a people transporter from the beach to the boat and proper Jetty out to sea would be helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

''Sunrise Tropical Resort'' set in beautiful gardens of plalms. Lovely big room very clean - good service at Restaurant. Location is Excellent - A quiet spot yet only a few minutes to main west beach or the stunning Phranang caves beach.
A wonderful Holiday spot. We loved the water with the longtail boats bobbing, next to the restaurant at high tide.

To start with we are all very pleased with our stay at your wonderful hotel. Mostly thanks to your great staff.
--When you/we arrive you made as feel very welcome in every way
--The setting garden and enviorement is beautiful and smartly planned.
--Pool service and surrounding are very nice!
--The rooms are very nice . Good, high class, clean big, nice veranda, Just great in every way
--The restaurant keep high standard and good pirces. Breakfast is also good.
--But as we meantioned ! The service is outstanding your smiles is from ther heart. Andue haven't met that some where else on this Island.
We will come back ! all of us hope to see you all again.
